What is Blossom Flower?

Blossom Flower is a Massachusetts licensed Marijuana Delivery Operator. We are a local female owned social equity business based in Holyoke, MA. Our mission is to provide safe, reliable, and affordable access to cannabis products to the residents of Holyoke and the surrounding communities.

Is this cannabis delivery only?

Yes, we deliver directly to you. We DO NOT have a public facing retail store that you can visit in person.

When are you open?

We are open 7 days a week from 10:00am to 9:00pm. We deliver between 10am and 9pm, but you can place an order at any time of the day. During checkout you will choose a day and time for your delivery.

How do I place an order?

You can place an order on our website using our online ordering system. Enter your address in the address search bar, add products to your cart and go to checkout when you're done shopping. During checkout you will be asked to enter your contact information, upload your ID, choose a payment method and choose a day and timeslot for delivery.

How do I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order with cash, debit card, credit card or ACH bank connection using Aeropay (third party payments provider). Please note there is a $3.50 fee for debit purchases and a low variable percentage fee for credit (depends on card).

Who can place an order?

Adults age 21 years of age or older with a valid government-issued ID and access to our e-commerce ordering platform for ID pre-verification.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver to the following cities: Amherst, Belchertown, Blandford, Chicopee, Deerfield, Easthampton, Granby, Hadley, Hatfield, Holyoke, Leverett, Montague, Northampton, Palmer, Pelham, Southampton, Springfield, Sunderland, Ware, Westfield, Whately, Williamsburg.

When and where do you deliver?

Massachusetts state law allows us to deliver only to residential addresses in approved municipalities. We DO NOT deliver to: hotels, motels, or other commercial lodging, federal housing, university housing or dormitories. Per state law deliveries must occur after 8:00am and before 9:00pm.

What forms of ID do you accept?

We accept valid, unexpired, government-issued ID with photo, expiration and birth date. Examples include a driver's license, state-issued ID, or passport. Please note: We do not accept temporary IDs or learner's permits.

What is the purchase limit?

The purchase limit is one ounce of Marijuana or its combined dry weight equivalent in concentrates or edibles per day. Additionally, clients may only order once per calendar day even if they are purchasing less than the daily limit. Multiple customers may place an order from the same address if each customer has valid ID and is 21 or older.

Do you accept returns?

We do not accept returns. All sales are final. If you are having a problem with your order, please contact us.
